1. The Contractor’s staff shall be required to operate schedules within park open hours of operation(s) between 8:00 AM – Dusk or 5:00 PM whichever is earliest. All changes in scheduled operations MUST be coordinated by the park and agreed upon in writing on file in the Central Procurement Contract Files. 2. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies, and material necessary to collect and dispose of refuse non-hazardous waste or infectious material content from the designated site. 3. The Contractor shall provide containers and dispose of the refuse therein in a manner approved by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Health, Department of Waste Management, and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws. 4. All refuse removed shall be disposed of in a state approved sanitary landfill. The Contractor shall provide evidence the landfill has been approved by the Virginia Department of Health and/or the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. 5. The Contractor shall provide suitable containers designed for heavy trash service. The containers shall be designed to provide rodent-proof, animal-proof including, and windproof storage of items. The Commonwealth prefers the use of containers with plastic latch able lids.
