A.Provide all labor, equipment, materials, landfill fees, fuel and supplies necessary to remove and properly dispose of refuse and debris generated by DOC Farmers Market, located at 202 South Halifax Road, Jarratt, Virginia 23867. B. Provide on a rental basis, three (3) front load dumpsters of metal construction designed for heavy trash service. Dumpsters must be at least six (6), eight (8) OR ten (ten) cubic yards, and shall be equipped with side and top doors to allow for either top or side loading. Dumpsters shall be water-tight and designed to provide rodentproof and wind-proof storage of trash contents. C. Empty dumpsters on Tuesday and Friday every week. If the regular scheduled pick-up falls on an observed holiday, the Contractor shall pick up refuse on the next business day or a day mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Purchasing Agency. D. Disinfect containers monthly to maintain a healthy and odor-free environment. E. Dispose of all refuse and debris in a landfill that has been issued a landfill permit by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Environmental Quality. F. Provide additional pickups, if requested by the Purchasing Agency. G. Add or remove dumpsters, as requested in writing by the Purchasing Agency through contract modification. The monthly rate for an individual dumpster shall be determined by the unit price indicated in the bid divided by three (3). Anything less than a full month shall be prorated. H. Maintain a neat and clean appearance of all dumpsters by repairing and repainting as necessary. I. Provide substitute dumpsters when maintenance or repair is being performed on dumpsters normally provided.
