Provide Refuse Collection Service at the Grayson, Wythe, Bland County locations. 1. The Contractor shall provide all containers needed, equipped with side and top doors to allow for either top or side loading, and well designed to provide rodent, animal, and wind proof storage for container contents. 2. The Contractor shall provide containers that are in good working condition, with doors fully operational. At any time, if the container becomes damaged or deteriorated; the doors or any parts do not work; or if the container leaks or has become unhealthy due to content residue, it shall be replaced by the Contractor, free of charge, within 72 hours notice from VDOT. 3. VDOT reserves the right to add or delete containers as needed at the firm unit prices indicated on the pricing schedule. 4. At each lot, the Contractor shall place the container at a location designated by the VDOT Contract Administrator. The Contractor may be required to move the containers to different locations on the lots at no additional cost to VDOT.
