Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall provide referee officials for youth and adult basketball per the following: 1. Youth Basketball League Games. The first date of games for youth basketball is tentatively set for the first weekend in January and to end the third week in March. Youth basketball is typically played Monday-Friday from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00PM. The Youth Basketball League currently consists of five (5) divisions and requires two (2) officials per game. 2. Adult Basketball League Games. The first date of games for adult basketball is tentatively set for the first week in April and ending the last week in June. The games are typically played Monday-Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Adult Basketball League currently consists of one (1) division and requires two (2) officials per game. B. General Requirements. 1. The Contractor is required to submit the following documentation with bid submittal, failure to provide all items may result in the bid being deemed non responsive: a. Documentation of affiliation with a nationally certified sports officials association to be verified by City prior to award. b. List of officials to referee scheduled games to include: mailing address, telephone number and email. Contractor must have an adequate number of qualified officials on hand to cover simultaneous games, and absences due to illnesses. c. Business License
