Provide a proposal to supply a baler to the City, including options for purchase, rental, or rent-to-own, with accompanying terms and equipment specifications. 3. Provide rationale that details how the Offeror will ensure that fair-market compensation for recyclable materials is provided to the City. This shall be separated into each specific material type. 4. Provide transportation services for collected materials. Include estimated collection frequencies based on provided tonnages, and any rationale related to timing collection to maximize commodity value. 5. Ensure proper handling, processing, and recycling in accordance with all applicable environmental and regulatory standards. 6. Submit regular reports detailing weights, market pricing, material disposition, and any contamination issues. 7. Offer recommendations for improving material quality and market value.
