General Requirement: An awarded Contractor(s) shall provide, at a minimum, reconditioning and recertification services for athletic equipment in accordance with the following: A. Provide inspection, reconditioning, and certification of athletic equipment in accordance with the National Athletic Equipment Reconditioners Association (NAERA) guidelines and the requirements of the equipment’s manufacturer(s). B. Complete all reconditioning and recertification processes in compliance with all applicable National Operating Committee Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE) standards. C. Comply with all guidelines and standards of the National Federation of High School Activities (NFHSA). D. Perform all services; subcontracting any portion of the work/services is not permitted
