5-20 building/structures that require survey and determination for eligibility will be provided at the start of the period of performance (depending on cost). For each building/structure, the site shall be visited and the necessary data collected to complete inventory forms and eligibility documents. This shall include taking pictures of each building with special focus on distinctive architectural features. In addition to collection of data from each site, the service provider shall review all available documents about the subject properties and adjacent properties, which may have information pertinent to the evaluation. Each analysis may also require review of available information on similar structures located at other military installations, as necessary.
