The selected Realty/Broker shall provide: A. Marketing & Outreach a. Develop and execute a marketing plan targeting qualified buyers who can benefit from reduced purchase prices. b. Highlight the CLT structure and its affordability benefits. c. Utilize multiple channels (multiple listing services (MLS), digital, print, social media, and community outreach events). B. Affordable Housing Expertise a. Have experience with affordable housing markets and willingness to receive training in Community Land Trusts. C. Sales Process Management a. List the properties on MLS and other relevant platforms. b. Conduct open houses and private showings. c. Assist with screening for buyer eligibility per County and CLT guidelines. d. Coordinate all aspects of the transaction from listing through closing. 4. Reporting The Realty/Broker shall provide monthly written progress reports on marketing activities, inquiries, showings, and sales status.
