1. Preferred Location: The proposed space should be within or near the Town of Altavista in Campbell County. 2. Space Requirement Type / Size: The Tenant has a need for approximately 3,700 usable square feet of commercial space. See Exhibit D for conceptual space program needs. 3. Base Rental Rate: The Commonwealth prefers the proposer to offer a flat, full service rental rate for the lease term and any option terms. 4. Lease Term: Requested Lease term: 60 to 120 months. Parking: Parking should be in close proximity to the leased premises and all costs associated with parking must be included in the rent. Tenant requires 42 parking spaces. Signage: Specify interior and exterior signage rights available to Tenant, including building, monument, lobby, and suite signage. Note paragraph 8 of the above RFP Guidelines section.
