General Scope of Work: • On-site race timing using RFID chip timing with UHF tags to ensure accurate start, split, and finish times. • Race Timer must have the ability to accurately record times and integrate them with the RunSignUp platform to provide real-time results and notifications. • Ability to program results for respective award categories (overall, age groups, teams, etc.). • Backup timing in case of equipment failure (video backup). • Pre-race coordination with race director to ensure optimal timing point placement, review schedule and confirm race details.
