Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Isle of Wight County Fair -September 16-19, 2021 (4 Day event), Location: Heritage Park Fairgrounds, 21311 Courthouse Highway, Windsor VA, 23487.Estimated Attendance: 35,000.The Contractor shall provide all staff, labor, equipment and tools, to insure successful, entertaining, and safe shows for the public. This shall include an announcer, sufficient judges for the performances, at least one rodeo clown, one Specialty Act, sound and speakers (for announcements), and site cleanup. The Contractor shall provide shows of at least two hours duration, including the following performances:3 Bull Riding Performances (shows will be at least 1 ½ hour long)3 Barrel Racing Performances (1 show each day)1 or 3 Mutton Busting Performances (1 show for weekend or 1 show each day)3 Mini Bull Riding Performances (1 show each day) The Contractor shall provideat least 25 Bulls and Riders for Bull Riding events, at least 15 Sheep and Riders for Mutton Busting events, and at least 15 Barrel Racers for Barrel Racing Competition. The Contractor shall provide a Portable Arena, Bucking Chutes, Barrels, and Holding Back Pens.
