Specifications include, but are not limited to:i. There is a desire to digitize the electronic life cycle in a future systems environment. Many of the processes that support human capital management (HCM) are paper-based and manual. This has led to files being stored in disparate locations causing misplaced files and challenges. ii. The current system, or supporting systems, are not leveraged for HR-related functions such as learning management and performance reviews. iii. Staff wish to explore expanded reporting, querying, and dashboard functionality in a future system. Currently, staff rely on numerous MS Excel spreadsheets to track information outside of the legacy system. iv. There is no integration between billing modules within the system (e.g., between UB, tax billing, miscellaneous billing, etc.). Staff have a desire for integration between billing and revenue modules in the future, allowing staff to complete multiple tasks with only one transaction and customer payment. Enhanced integration will also allow for reconciliation tasks to be performed more efficiently. v. The City seeks robust system support in a future systems environment, including support by a comprehensive customer support team, inclusive of vendor staff that can assist with troubleshooting, and vendor staff to support development requests.
