Specifications include, but are not limited to: Customer Interface and Fiber Network Operations Support Services. FiberLync intends to implement a suite of applications that will meet present and future needs. The selected Offeror will provide a system that is based on proven solutions that use current technologies. The Offeror’ solution must specify all required hardware, Software, and related professional services. FiberLync is evolving toward Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) style solutions that efficiently integrate the broad range of customer service, management, financial, administrative, operational and related business activities required by an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Offeror(s) are encouraged to include, in their SOW responses, a discussion of the capability of their proposed solution(s)to move toward the ultimate goal of an integrated ERP system.
