The City of Los Angeles is seeking a consultant to generate Facility Assessments, Facility and Site Diagrams, Traffic Management Plans, and Security Plans— referred to as Pre-Plans—for 25 pre-determined facilities that may be used as Points of Dispensing (POD) sites (Exhibit 13). On-site assessments of each facility will be required to gather and synthesize the necessary data (including but not limited to site-specific descriptive information, floor plans, maps, and photos), and to develop strategies and processes for the PODs (including but not limited to the flow, security, and traffic management). This project will be managed by the City of Los Angeles Emergency Preparedness Department (EPD). To complete this project, the Contractor will also work closely with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LACDPH) and several City of Los Angeles agencies.
