The Western Virginia Water Authority, (Authority) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Group Insurance Providers for self-insured medical, dental, and vision care to Authority employees, eligible retirees, and dependents. The Authority is also seeking proposals for Medical Claims Compliance Review Services. The Authority is challenged to provide quality governmental services at a reasonable cost. As a result, Authority leadership must ensure that all aspects of its financial operations are as competitive as possible. Given this, the Authority wants to ensure that all components of its medical, dental and vision insurance programs are competitively priced. The Authority seeks to identify Providers that can offer a high level of service at the most reasonable expense to administer the Authority employee medical, dental and vision insurance program
