Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide all labor, travel, shipping and parts for two (2) preventative maintenance visits per year (or per schedule as required by manufacturer) and corrective repairs for biomedical equipment. The semi-annual preventative maintenance and inspection program will include calibration, functional and operational performance testing per manufactures specifications, and equipment cleaning that results in good sanitary and cosmetic condition. Inspections and calibrations documentation should include device labels (stickers) that indicate the date of inspection/calibration and outcome (pass/fail) information. Twenty four hour (24) seven (7) day per week technical support should be available to SBVCC. After hours calls for repair and maintenance shall automatically roll over to a technician on call. If repairs cannot be conducted on site at SBVCC, Contractor shall provide a service loaner at no additional charge. A detailed service report shall be provided by the Contractor after each preventative maintenance or repair service. A sample service report shall be provided as part of the Contractor’s response to this solicitation. The person(s) responsible for the maintenance activities described herein shall be qualified for the position(s) by education, training and experience. Documentation shall be provided on request of SBVCC. All batteries shall be replaced as a part of routine maintenance. The cost of batteries may be billed to Sitter and Barfoot. Power cords and AC adapters shall be replaced by Contractor as needed and if requested by SBVCC. Battery cells for lifts shall be replaced as needed by Contractor as part of routine maintenance. The cost of batteries may be billed to Sitter and Barfoot. Contractor shall provide SBVCC with “loaner” equipment during any period of repair. The following equipment is accurate at the time of bid but is subject to change throughout the course of the contract: Vital sign machines – SBVCC currently has thirteen (13) Baxter Welch Allyn Connex Spot 75MT-B, three (3) Baxter Hill Rom 4400 Spot Vital Signs Monitors and one (1) Care Scape. Bladder scanners – SBVCC currently has two (2) Meikle Bladder Scanners. Internal feeding pumps -SBVCC has fourteen (14) Kendall Kangaroo ePumps and seven (7) Covidier Eternal Feeding pumps. Suction pump units – SBVCC currently has eight (8) Devilbliss Home Suction Pump Portable with battery units, one (1) Drive Medical Heavy Duty Suction Pump and one (1) Medline Vac-Assist Suction Unite Mechanical lift devices (Hoyer/floor and sit to stand) – SBVCC has sixteen (16) Handicare Minilift 200’s, ten (10) ARIO Maxi Move lifts, one (1) Handicare EVA450EE, one (1) InvaCare 350 and one Metron lift.
