1. The Proposer will review current conditions with an analysis of existing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT). 2. The Proposer shall perform and carry out in a satisfactory and professional manner, the following: a. Engage the community and collect both internal and external stakeholder input including labor, management, volunteers, career staff, and citizens as part of the planning process. Input from the volunteer companies will require visits to their stations at regularly scheduled meetings. Dates are available from the Fire-Rescue Chief. b. Measure our fire and rescue department’s ability to respond to the community’s risk and demands for service and make recommendations for various fire and EMS responses to provide effective service delivery. c. Develop recommendations to ensure a workforce that is well-educated and appropriately credentialed to provide emergency medical services.
