A. Contractor must provide all equipment, labor, materials, permits/fees and transportation necessary to suction lift into the truck tank, haul and dispose of the sludge/leachate. B. Contractor shall be responsible to clean up all spills that may result during loading and off -loading of sludge/leachate and also during transport between facilities. Contractor shall contact the County staff within 4 hours of any such spill. The Contractor is also responsible for notifying the proper regulatory agencies that is required during such event. C. Contractor must have equipment to locate septic field if the location is unknown by County personnel. D. The estimated number of gallons of sludge/leachate to be pumped and hauled per year is 20,000 gallons. E. The Contractor shall be available as needed during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five (5) days a week to provide the work described in this bid.
