Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation, for the procurement of professional mental health services, to enhance the health and well-being of Frederick County Department of Fire and Rescue. FCFRD seeks to obtain the services of a Virginia licensed Clinical Psychologist, counselor, therapist, or other mental health professional and/or practice to perform advanced-level professional clinical psychology and/or therapy work providing direct clinical prevention and mental health treatment services and training, including, but not limited to crisis intervention, psychological assessment, testing, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and Peer Support Team training to the Department of Fire Rescue as an embedded clinician. The contractor shall provide services to approximately 300 career and volunteer FCFRD personnel.
