Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Scope of Services contains work tasks necessary for providing Security Guard Services that meet CVTC’s needs. The site includes the buildings and adjacent parking lots covering approximately 400 acres. The Offeror shall provide all labor, manpower, supervision, uniforms, equipment and other incidentals required for the security and safety of staff, visitors, and property within the CVTC campus and grounds. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, integrated security system monitoring for multiple buildings and grounds. The Offeror will be assisting the CVTC staff in maintaining a safe and comfortable building environment; in order for CVTC associates and those individuals residing on campus; to have a safe and secure environment. Security Officers may be required to perform tasks of other unlicensed trades, such as vehicle operator, first responder first aid services, and building evacuation floor wardens. The Offeror shall provide administrative controls monitoring to assure contract compliance and that professional security and safety services are being maintained at the highest level: 1. Internal Controls - Employee administration, contract administration, schedule and dispatch, time keeping and billing/invoicing to accounting. 2. Total Quality Management - Quality control, audits, inspections, corrective action planning, and follow-up reporting. 3. Compliance - Fire, Life, and Safety: Report requirements, appearance, conduct, and job performance standards; security post orders; and supervisory controls. 4. Quality Management - Meet with the CVTC designee once a month to review all security issues.
