Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish contracts through competitive negotiations with multiple qualified offerors to provide promotional items including apparel, screen printing and embroidery services for Prince William County Public Schools, herein referred to as PWCS, in accordance with the statement of needs and terms and conditions stated herein. Promotional items and advertising specialties shall include, but not limited to novelties, souvenirs, t-shirts and other branded apparel, uniforms, pens, planners, desktop and other office items, calendars, candy, trade show material, and screen printing and embroidery services products featuring various forms of the PWCS logo on various products on an “as needed” basis for Prince William County Public Schools.
