The purpose of this URFP is to solicit unsealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide services as an independent contractor, performing the duties of the Partnership for Success (PFS) Project Director for the Strategic Prevention Framework-Partnerships for Success grant program. The PSF Project Director will provide training and technical assistance directly to seven (7) Community Services Board (CSBs) sub-recipients to build jurisdiction-level capacity towards positive outcomes for the project. The PSF Project Director will work closely with the appropriate representatives of the State Management Team regarding evaluation, State Epidemiological Outcome Workgroup (SEOW), and the Partnership for Success Advisory Committee groups, assist in the community-based needs assessment processes and planning; selection, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based programs, practices and policies in culturally sensitive ways. This person will provide input and feedback to the State Management Team regarding technical assistance needs of funded communities and assist in developing training(s) to meet identified needs. This person must have a background in community-based Strategic Prevention Framework-based substance abuse prevention and provide 0.5 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) effort to this project.
