Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this RFQ requires an AWI-selected PMO Contractor to use Industry StandardProject Management practices in order to create a Project Management Office (PMO) for theUnemployment Compensation Claims and Benefits Information System - Phase 3: SystemDesign, Development, and Implementation (UC Project).The purpose of the PMO Contractor is to:1. Provide a Project Manager and a professionally staffed PMO Team to oversee theactivities of the System Integrator (SI Contractor) selected for the UC Project.2. Improve AWI's overall project management capability.3. Provide a well defined and tested project management methodology that will allow thePMO and AWI to provide improved comprehensive project management capabilities forthe UC project. The PMO Contractor is expected to propose and utilize an industry acceptedUnified Project Management Methodology (UPMM) and associated templates.4. Provide improved consistency of project management processes and standardize projectoperations for the UC Project
