Specifications include, but are not limited to: Post work on-site inspections shall include, but not be limited to, the following: • Utilization of the Priority List Assessment Tool (PLAT) • Pre-Work Order Agreement • Agreement of PLAT and Building Work Report (BWR) • Measures installation (per PLAT & BWR) • Permitting/local building codes office conformity • Post-work permitting inspection (as applicable) The proposer's programmatic field monitors will be responsible for performing compliance review of 100% of the client files on completed homes. File compliance inspections shall include, but not be limited to, the following: • Client Income documentation • Grievance documentation • Prioritization form • Priority List Assessment Tool • DOE NEAT/MHEA Audit printout (as applicable) • Pre-Work Order Agreement • Bid package • Building permits • Change orders • Photographs • Building Work Reports • Invoices
