The City of Martinsville herein referred to as the “City” is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms interested in providing professional engineering including, but not limited to studies, investigations, surveys, planning, and preparation of construction documents, construction administration, inspections, and other related services as required by the “City” for renovations and repairs for a variety of utility projects for the “City.” This request for professional services includes repairs and renovations to the wastewater treatment plant, Mulberry Creek Sewer Interceptor, Amy Avenue and Letcher Street sewer lines, water plant upgrade, and extension of a water line from Corn Tassel Trail to Mulberry Court.
