VRS is seeking specialized training, consulting, team building, executive coaching, and professional development sessions for its workforce in the following categories: Leadership Development, Strategy, Strategic Planning, Management, Self-Care and Wellness, Workplace Culture, Belonging, Workplace Culture, Belonging, Communications, Technology, Project Management, Process Improvement, Organizational Optimization, Customer Service, Coaching and Mentoring, Innovation, Conflict Resolution, Project Management, Time Management and Productivity, Emotional Intelligence, Workplace Ethics, Change Management etc. The learning sessions will be conducted in a variety of different formats to include in-person/on-site in our offices in the Richmond area; virtually; and hybrid. Sessions will range in length from one hour to full day depending on the topic and content. One of VRS’ strategic priorities is staff development through personalized robust learning, leadership development, training, and mentorship opportunities in order to support staff as they carry out the VRS mission and vision. We believe that in supporting and promoting team member growth, we can best serve our members and beneficiaries. Each training and professional development session will be provided as part of our agency training initiative, during business hours Monday-Friday.
