To establish a contract with a professional Consultant that will provide comprehensive therapeutic and crisis intervention services as part of its Full-Service School initiative, to support the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents in the community. 1. Therapeutic Services • Individual Therapy: Deliver one-on-one counseling to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges for students and families. • Group Therapy: Facilitate structured group sessions covering topics such as anger management, substance abuse, emotional regulation, and violence prevention • Family Therapy: Provide family-focused therapy to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and address shared challenges. 2. Crisis Intervention and Case Management • Crisis Response: Offer immediate support and stabilization for students in crisis, including conducting risk assessments. • Case Management: Develop individualized service plans, assess needs, monitor progress, and connect clients to resources. 3. Specialized Group Counseling • Lead group sessions targeting specific issues such as: o Substance abuse prevention and recovery. o Support for survivors of physical or sexual abuse. o Behavioral and emotional skill-building. o Violence prevention and conflict resolution. 4. School and Community Collaboration • Consult with school staff, administrators, and parents on mental health concerns and strategies. • Collaborate with schools to identify at-risk students and implement intervention plans. • Refer clients to additional community resources and support programs as needed.
