Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall direct and produce a Public Service Awareness Video using Attachment E Dont Turn the Other Cheek concept/voice over script. The video shall be directed and produced as close to the original concept/voice over script as possible to raise awareness of Domestic Violence, the warning signs and the available resources. The Public Service Awareness Video will be approximately 30-60 seconds in duration. The concept/voice over script, Attachment E, has been developed by VAABC for use on this project. The Contractor may make minor edits to the concept if needed for logistical/filming purposes, subject to VAABC approval. VAABC intends to disseminate the video primarily on the World Wide Web as part of a public safety social media campaign, with the possibility of television placement at a later date. The VAABC will rely on the Contractor to scout out the appropriate outdoor locations to shoot the video. The Department will also coordinate with the Governor of Virginias office to use the Governor in the video and will arrange for the Governor to record the voice over for the PSA. The Department will also provide various ABC employees and others to function as actors in the video a bicycle any wardrobe necessary for the actors and any graphic design/artwork needed for the project. The Contractor shall provide: the pre-production to include a script consultation, travel scouting, and insurance coverage for locations and equipment production equipment which includes production camera, camera support (car mount and jib arm) lighting and grip as needed production crew that consist of camera operator, director, lighting director, makeup artist post production editing and a recording studio.
