Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Purpose of this Quick Quote is to obtain immediate Procurement Consulting Services to aid in the Procurement of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, implementation, maintenance, and hosting. Immediate availability (within 2 business day of the award) is required. The consultant will assist agency staff with various stages of procurement of software and related services. This will include, but not be limited to, creation, coordination, and completion of requests for proposals, cloud terms and conditions, vendor contracts, and statements of work. Coordination with VITA staff will be required. This work will be project based and paid on an hourly basis.
