1. Current State Assessment - • Interview and observe a minimum of two CACFP Staff in VDH's Central Office for individual processes. • Interview and observe a minimum of two CACFP Staff in VDH or external “SPONSORS” for individual processes. • Interview all Central Office CACFP staff for roles, responsibilities and utilized tools. • Document current state 2. Benchmarking and Future State - • Conduct a gap analysis of current state to "industry standard" for the CHAAMPS processes • Conduct a n d D o c u m e n t a gap analysis of current state to components required to meet the Agency's needs in regards to CACFP Code of Federal Regulations, {7 CFR 226), • Document future state workflow and standard operating procedures 3. Recommendations - • Recommend and document future state best practices and business workflow process Document recommended approach to ensure future state is within imposed requirements which includes staffing changes, system changes and project timeline • Recommend and document future state training needs 4. Deliverables- • Current State Findings report including current state workflow • Standard operating procedures draft documentation • Gap Analysis Report • Proposed Future State Business Process Model • Recommended approach (methodology and proposed timeframe) for moving from the current state to the future state. • Staffing Model, system needs, Business ProcessImplementation Plan/timeline - and phased transition • Future State Application system requirements
