Category A: Printing, Bindery, Laminating, and Finishing Services 1. The Contractor must provide digital and offset printing, bindery, laminating, and finishing services, as needed, based on the specifications and turnaround time provided by County personnel for items such as, but not limited to: • Flyers / placards • Brochures • Envelopes • W-2s and 1099s • Postcards • No Carbon Required (NCR) forms / ticketing books • Business cards • Foam core boards • Booklets • Bookmarks • Other printed products 2. If requested by the County, the Contractor should be able to provide design services and must provide guidance on specifications and formatting of the order. Category B: Large Format Printing Services 1. The Contractor must provide large format printing services based on the specifications and turnaround time provided by County personnel for items such as, but not limited to: • Vinyl or fabric banners • Window / wall decals • Posters 2. If requested by the County, the Contractor should be able to provide design services and must provide guidance on specifications and formatting of the order. Category C: Mailers 1. The Contractor must provide services to assemble and distribute mailers, such as W-2s and 1099s, including postage and transport to the United States Postal Service (USPS) Main Distribution Site/USPS Regional Facility for individually addressed or bulk mail services, such as address validation services, including Every Door Direct Mailer (EDDM), National Change of Address (NCOA) services, and Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) services. 2. If requested by the County, the Contractor must have the ability to perform “variable data jobs.” 3.
