The selected vendor will provide comprehensive Print and Document Services as well as Printon-Demand (POD) with eCommerce fulfillment. The services must be scalable, cost-effective, and capable of meeting the needs of [Organization Name]. At a minimum, the scope of services includes the following: A. Print and Document Services a. General Printing: High-quality digital and offset printing of materials such as brochures, reports, booklets, training manuals, business cards, stationery, forms, and signage. b. Variable Data Printing (VDP): Ability to customize printed pieces with individualized text, graphics, or addresses. 5 c. Design and Prepress Support: File setup, layout review, preflight checks, and proofing services. d. Finishing & Binding: Folding, cutting, laminating, saddle-stitching, perfect binding, coil binding, and other finishing options. e. Large Format Printing: Posters, banners, trade show graphics, and other oversized materials. f. Secure Printing: Options for sensitive or confidential documents (e.g., secure reports, ballots, certificates). B. Print-on-Demand (POD) Services a. On-Demand Ordering: Ability to print and ship products as orders are received, reducing the need for bulk inventory. b. Product Range: Support for a wide variety of products including books, apparel, promotional items, and specialty merchandise. c. Custom Branding: Print items must support organization-approved brand guidelines, logos, and color standards. d. Scalability: Capability to handle small, single-unit orders as well as high-volume requests. C. eCommerce Fulfillment a. Online Ordering Platform: Vendor must provide a secure, user-friendly eCommerce solution for order placement, tracking, and account management. b. Payment Processing: Secure online payment options with PCI-compliant handling of financial transactions
