The contractor shall furnish all necessary transportation, labor, supervision, tools, materials, parts, equipment, and supplies to fully maintain and to provide quarterly preventative maintenance services, annual preventative maintenance services, on-call repair services, and emergency repair services, training, support, projects upgrades, conversions and modernization of the building automation system manufactured by Honeywell. The Contractor shall be a Honeywell factory authorized service contractor. This scope includes all equipment related to the energy management system, including but not limited to meters, valves, actuators and other connected components. This IFB is ONLY for the Manassas Campus Buildings.
