Task 1.0: Project Management and Coordination The objective of this task is to support the Town of Bedford in the oversight and execution of technical and administrative functions needed to keep the Project on schedule and within budget and maintain compliance with all applicable requirements. All management, administrative, financial, accounting, and reporting procedures will be in accordance with Virginia law. Sub-Task 1.1: Project Work Plan The Contractor will develop a Program Management Plan (PMP) that establishes the overall management strategies and action plan for further development of the Town of Bedford New Passenger Rail Stop, including managing the program scope, cost, schedule, quality, and associated risks.
