The purpose of Amendment 0010 is detailed within the amendments text. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District has a requirement to solicit and award and Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Delivery Contract (SADOC) with a capacity of $49M for the supply of Prefabricated Concrete Elements (PCE) in support of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). This requirement is designed to establish and administer a supply contract to procure, inspect, and deliver an assortment of PCE. The Structures are critical to the protective posture of the IDF and are needed at various IDF bases in Israel as soon as possible. The following types of PCE structures are anticipated: security rooms, shelters, modular protected structures, military protected spaces, corridor elements, staircase elements, t-walls, and foundations. The duration of this contract is a five (5) year order period, represented with a one-year base, and four (4) one-year optional ordering periods. This solicitation will be awarded on a basis of Full and Open to United States (U.S.) firms. Competition is limited to U.S. firms due to the Foreign Military Financing (FMF) funding. This solicitation will follow Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection Procedures.
