Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Three (3) types of units shall be available. a. Fiberglass construction type units b. Poly general use units c. Poly handicap (ADA) units B. Portable toilets units shall include hand sanitizer dispensers. C. All units shall have a hasp or have similar capability to be locked from the exterior. D. Rates must be submitted for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. E. All units shall be pumped, cleaned, deodorized and stocked with two (2) rolls of toilet paper and hand sanitizer at each cleaning service. F. Regular service and supplies shall be included in the unit contract prices. G. The frequency of service for all units shall be determined by the County representative when the units are requested, subject to change, based on the demand and need. Days of service will be determined by the County Representative. If units are not deliverable due to inclement weather, they shall be delivered within the subsequent 24 hours or must have approval from County representative otherwise. H. In the event that a scheduled servicing date falls on a holiday, units shall still be serviced, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day where service may be pushed to the next day. Servicing performed on holidays shall be done so at standard rates. I. Units not serviced as scheduled will be deducted from the charge for an extra on-call cleaning for every service missed. J. A service check-off/signoff sheet shall be located on each unit and used by servicing staff to indicate date and time of each servicing. K. The Contractor will be responsible for the removal of any and all graffiti from the units, assuming all cost associated. If graffiti is not removable, a new unit must be replaced within forty-eight (48) hours after being notified. L. All units wrongfully placed shall be relocated to the correct locations within 24 hours at no additional cost to the County. M. Contractor shall repair all damages to the grounds as a result of units being delivered, such as ruts. Repairs must be corrected within 24 hours for grounds. Any plant material that is damaged or destroyed must be replaced within 14 days. N. Supplies: Contractor shall provide all supplies (minimum two (2) rolls of toilet paper per week.) Facilities requiring cleaning two (2) times per week shall be restocked as required with toilet paper at each cleaning. O. Permit: where required, the Contractor shall include the cost of a toilet permit in the base rental for all portable toilets. P. Delivery: move, pick-up and delivery of rented toilets must be provided within twenty-four (24) hours after notice. Notice may be written or verbal.
