Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as necessary to provide Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia, with 5 (five) Portable Pressure Calibration Kits. The calibration kits for this requirment are OEM brand name sole source parts. The part number is 3750-4-1 manufactured by King Nutronics.
FAR Part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Multiple vendors may be considered, but the manufacturer and part number must be King Nutronics part number 3750-4-1.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334519. The Requests for Quote (RFQ number N4215826QE001) is attached. Please fill in and sign this document in order to be considered for this requirement. Attachment 1- Technical Capability statment must be checked YES in the applicable box, signed, and dated for consideration on this requirment. All prices must include shipping/delivery and any other applicable costs. Those costs will cannot be added later.
