1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and material to provide monthly rental and weekly service of portable latrine and hand wash station support for the Director of Public Works (DPW), MTC, Fort Pickett. Latrines must be cleaned/serviced according to Commonwealth of Virginia COVID guidelines. Portable latrines shall be clearly marked with the Contractor’s name and are designed for outdoor usage. They shall be an enclosed unit with a door that can be locked from the inside, approximately 4’ wide x 4’ deep x 7.5’ high made of poly-plastic material. They shall be complete with a urinal, open front seat with lid, and stocked with seat covers, two-roll toilet paper dispenser and a waterless hand sanitizer dispenser. The latrines shall be serviced (pumped out and cleaned) three (3) times each week to include all chemicals, toilet paper & ecological fees. 4 of 9 Hand wash stations shall be two-position with soap & towel dispensers and hold 20 gallons of fresh water and 22 gallons of waste (gray) water. Hand wash stations shall be serviced three (3) times each week to include all chemicals, paper towels, & ecological fees. Water is not available at Fort Pickett; the contractor shall provide own water. Waste disposal shall be off-Post and provided by contractor.
