Specifications include, but are not limited to: Drain and pump out both the main pool and baby pool and prepare for plaster application. Pool will be in off season and drained below scum line for winter operation. Pool cover will be removed prior to proposed date of work. B. Remove all coping stones/units around pool perimeter in the work area(s) and remove masonry coping and mortar, following inspection, place new coping stones with new like stone to match pool. Upon completion repair and install caulk for expansion joint following coping stone installation between stone and deck. C. Inspect the underlying condition at each for deterioration and to determine extent if any of bond beam repair needed while open. D. Remove all existing waterline and skimmer throat tiles; including any and all specialty type tiles such as depth marker tiles; “No Diving” type tiles. Replace and install new tiles throughout the pool and areas to include baby pool.
