Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a qualified firm or individual to provide services for replastering and repairing of the Municipal Pool. The general scope of this project consists of removing and replacing with new, all coping units, waterline tiles, skimmer coat tiles, special tiles (depth makers, “No Diving”, “Bench Below” types), all racing lane tile, Tile end lane targets, white plastic cup anchors w/stainless steel bars, etc. Inspect and repair cracks in the beam to the extent of depth of loose materials encountered and total re-plaster white coat for both pools. The Contractor shall provide any and all resources, to include, but not limited to experience and experienced personnel, permits, equipment, material and services necessary to satisfactorily provide and complete the work described herein and on the required time line. Pricing should include repair of up to 80 square feet for delamination. Drain, and pump out both the main and baby pool and prepare for plaster application. Pool will be in off season and drained below scum line for winter operation. Pool Cover will be removed prior to proposed date of work start in accordance of the contract.
