Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of removing existing pond fountain and furnishing/installing a complete new fully functional in-kind replacement fountain with these minimum requirements: Fountain package shall include: 5HP motor that is 230/1/60 that includes all new cables and control panel Work to include clearing and grubbing to access control panels and fountains, trash and debris removal in the pond, removal of aquatic vegetation without harming the fish population and the rapid return of the treated vegetation. Contractor shall install fountain system per the manufacturer’s recommendations Contractor shall pass 5 year manufacturer warranty to the NVCC upon completion of the project. Contractor shall provide NVCC with Operations and User Manuals and provide personnel with (1) hour training on how to operate the system Any damage caused by the contractor will be the sole responsibility of the contractor to repair at their cost.
