A. Facilities and Supplies: 1. Maintain a well-equipped office sufficient to handle the business of the Public Safety Supplemental Plan. 2. Furnish all necessary local telephone service in the Washington, DC Metro Area (Including Prince William County) and provide a toll-free ("800/888") telephone service to plan participants covered by the Public Safety Supplemental Plan. 3. Maintain a dedicated email address for plan participant correspondence with the Contractor and a secure method for transmitting e-mails between the Contractor and Plan Participants. 4. Furnish all office supplies, stationary, letterhead, envelopes, etc. for the Contractor and the Public Safety Supplemental Plan's Board of Trustees. 5. Maintain secure databases and filing systems to effectively protect Plan Participant personally Identifiable Information (PII). 6. Provide a secure means for communications via e-mail, US Mail, Hand Delivery and Overnight Delivery.
