Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to inspect and provide necessary maintenance and repairs to the chimneys in five (5) staff residences and one(1) office located on the grounds of at Pocahontas State Park per the following minimum requirements: Residence #1 - 9202 Beach Rd - Reline fireplace flue with stainless steel liner. Pressure wash and repoint exterior brick where needed and apply a siloxane-based water repellant. Complete chimney inspection after completion of work to show that chimney is in safe operable condition, provide inspection to management. Residence #2 - 10305 State Park Rd - Reline flue with stainless steel liner. Repair cracks in crown. Pressure wash and repoint exterior brick where needed and apply a siloxane-based water repellant. Caulk sides of chimney where needed. Complete chimney inspection after completion of work to show that chimney is in safe operable condition, provide inspection to management. Residence #3 - 10313 State Park Rd (located behind park office) - Reline flue with stainless steel liner. Parge smoke chamber to address corbeling. Replace chimney cap / spark arrestor with correct size and design. Pressure wash and repoint exterior brick where needed and apply a siloxane-based water repellant. Repair or replace crown. Caulk sides of chimney where needed. Repair or replace damper as needed. Complete chimney inspection after completion of work to show that chimney is in safe operable condition, provide inspection to management.
