• The Contractor shall restore flow line of pipe as needed. • The Contractor shall fill and stabilize voids surrounding the pipe with a product from the Approved Materials List. • The Contractor shall clear pipe of debris and obstructions. • The area in proximity of the pipe inlet and outlet shall be cleared of debris and obstructions. • The contractor shall be responsible for cleaning the streets, sidewalk facilities, and other areas disturbed by construction activities when the work is completed. This work shall include cleaning and debris removal/disposal, and removal of all construction materials. All excess or waste materials shall be hauled to the approved disposal area. • Contractor shall perform all work in the dry. The Contractor shall submit an In Stream Plan of Operations to VDOT’s Environmental Department.
