Refer to Exhibit #1 for the approved site plan from EGS and Associates. 1. Call Miss Utility and Contacting Facilities Maintenance for private lines located in and around work area. 2. Install Temporary Construction Entrance at existing parking lot. 3. Install silt fence around the perimeter to protect the adjacent areas. 4. Install temporary diversion to direct runoff around excavated area. 5. Strip topsoil, stockpile, and temporary seed as shown on the approved plans. 6. Rough excavate and grade site areas as shown on the approved plans. 7. Install proposed retaining wall as shown. 8. As grade is reached on the site, install the stone aggregate for stabilization where appropriate. 9. Install proposed 15” CMP at parking lot entrance. 10. Stabilize existing ditch line with permanent seeding and soil stabilization blankets. 11. Add material to the top of the existing stormwater embankment as shown, topsoil, seed and mulch. 12. Begin court construction in accordance with the specifications listed as exhibit #2. 13. Once building construction is substantially complete, final grade all areas as shown on the approved site plan. 14. Apply top soil to the disturbed areas. 15. On all slopes, apply surface roughening to help stabilize areas. 16. Apply permanent seeding as specified. 17. Install soil stabilization blankets as designated to prevent erosion. 18. All remaining disturbed areas shall be straw mulched. 19. Final grading, topsoil, surface roughening, seed fertilize, and mulch. 20. Remove ESC measures upon project completion and 30 days after final stabilization has been achieved. As grade is reached on the site, install the base stone aggregate for stabilization. 6. Install proposed 15” CMP at parking lot entrance. 7. Remove and shift existing parking lot and gravel towards Edgewood Lane. a. Option 1: Place 6” of 21A base aggregate and compact to meet maximum density. b. Option2: Place 8” of 21A base aggregate and compact to meet maximum density. Then place 1.5” of surface asphalt mix. 8. Plant 5 trees in between the parking lot and the pickleball courts. Trees are to be Leyland Cyprus at least 4’ tall.
