SCOPE OF SERVICES 3.1 Warren County Public Schools has in place an Integrated Pest Management Program which controls pest infestations in all buildings owned and operated by Warren County Public Schools to control roaches, ants, silverfish, rats, mice, wasps and termites. 3.2 Upon the acceptance of this agreement, the successful contractor will provide a site book for each location containing: pest surveillance logs, complaint logs, service graphs, SDS (safety data sheets) sheets, and labels for all chemicals prior to their usage at all locations. Service logs must be transmitted electronically on a monthly basis to Facilities Management Office. 3.3 The successful contractor shall supply an Integrated Pest Management Program (IPM), in which methods are integrated and used to keep pests from causing economic, health related, or aesthetic injury through the utilization of site and pest inspections, pest population monitoring, evaluating the need for control, and the use of one or more pest control methods including sanitation, structural repair, non-chemical methods, and pesticides, when nontoxic options are unreasonable or have been exhausted, in order to minimize the use of pesticides and the risk to human health and the environment associated with pesticide applications.
