Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor should be prepared to provide inspection and treatment to all campus steam tunnels, crawl spaces, and to all mechanical rooms in all buildings. There are approximately two miles of steam tunnels that will require these services. Inspection and treatment should be scheduled on a quarterly basis. 1. Annual Inspection and Treatment (to be performed in April of each calendar year, inspect and treat all accessible spaces. Office access may need to be arranged.) (single occurrence): a. Semi-Annual Inspection and Treatment (to be performed during summer break prior to the beginning of Fall Semester and during Winter Break) (two visits per year): a. Residence Halls (15 buildings) – student rooms, closets, and bathrooms. b. University Operated Apartments (All areas inside each apartment) c.
