The Contractor shall furnish labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, fuel, and incidentals required to inspect, identify and treat for the elimination of infestations and presence of various pests, insects, and vermin, which includes but are not limited to the following: ants, bees, centipedes, fleas, mice, rats, roaches, silverfish, spiders, box elder bugs, and stinging insects. The Contractor shall provide full treatment pest control services for all areas and buildings specified herein including all rooms, closets, lounges, toilets, kitchens, hallways, stairwells, basements, attics, laboratories, plus any other building portion or part not specifically described herein on a quarterly basis. If presence or infestations of various pests, insects or vermin is discovered between quarterly services the Contractor shall provide on-call service to treat specified location within 48 hours of notification of VDOT Contract Administrator or designee. The pricing schedule contains separate bid lines for oncall/urgent service.
