The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms with a proven history of success within the financial payment processing industry to provide a variety of financial processing services to include, but not limited to, credit card processing, recurring payments, and electronic check (E-check) payments and any other payment types the qualified firm provides. The Payment Processing Services Solution (Solution and/or Application) will improve the County’s ability to efficiently and accurately conduct various types of payment transactions, manage financial information, allow for integration into existing County operations, interact and interface with existing County computer systems, improve workflow and maintain data integrity. This RFP sets forth requirements for these services and solicits a detailed response from firms to include functional and technical requirements, implementation services, on-going software maintenance and support, and pricing. The County intends to award one (1) contract to a single vendor. The proposal should include interface solutions if a single or multiple third-party application is presented.
