The Contractor shall perform services to the Infant & Toddler Connection (ITC) in accordance with the professional standard of care and skill ordinarily possessed by a reputable provider of Therapy services. If needed by the ITC, and mutually agreeable, other mandated Part C services could also be provided as a service falling within the scope of this contract, on a case-by-case basis. I. CONTRACTOR: A. Provide one (or more as needed) licensed pediatric physical, occupational, speech-language therapists and developmental service provider who can be available on a daily basis to function as part of the program's transdisciplinary team (i.e., to work in close collaboration with ITC staff and contractors) and provide services to those children for whom such therapies are directly reimbursable from third-party payors as appropriate; B. Provide one (or more as needed) licensed pediatric physical, occupational, speech-language therapists and developmental service provider who can be part of the transdisciplinary weekly assessment teams and will be responsible for providing continued coverage for the weekly assigned assessment team; C. Provide services in the client’s homes, childcare settings, telehealth (if medically necessary) and other natural environments.
